WASH, implementation and enterprise
Swastik is a social entrepreneur who has built sanitation services from the ground up. As Chief Executive Officer of Blue Water Company, he leads partnerships and growth, after managing faecal sludge management implementation in more than 20 cities and with 10 urban local bodies in Odisha. He began his career in Angul with Living Farms on Swabhimaan, a maternal nutrition programme of the Odisha Livelihoods Mission and UNICEF. He is based in Sambalpur and works in Odia, Hindi and English.

Evaluation, policy and governance
Tarun is a development researcher and evaluation specialist with a PhD in International Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has led social impact assessments of CSR portfolios for HPCL and GAIL, an M&E study of digital learning for UNICEF in Jharkhand, and a TB access study for ILO. With UNICEF and TISS, he developed a child protection training syllabus now used across police academies in Madhya Pradesh. He is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research and Governance and has published with Springer Nature and the Stimson Center.

Child protection, social and behaviour change, knowledge management
Akhil has spent a decade working on child rights, behaviour change and documentation. He has managed projects for UNICEF, PATH, ILO, Jhpiego and the National Human Rights Commission, including documentation of UNICEF’s SBC results across 16 states and an SBC strategy on rational use of medicine. Earlier, at Prayas, he coordinated a national anti-trafficking outreach programme, helped draft national SOPs on child labour and trafficking, and trained police officials at the Bureau of Police Research and Development.
